Algoza Connected Email
Connect a Google mailbox to your invited Algoza organisation and send business correspondence from that account.

Private until you choose to share
Each mailbox starts private. Company records, mailbox permissions and attachments stay within the organisation where they were created.
Who can use a connected mailbox
Organisation administrators configure connections and sharing. Authorised Sales and Finance users can use mailboxes explicitly shared with them, subject to their record access.
What Google asks you to allow
Google asks you to allow Algoza Connected Email to identify your Google account and send email on your behalf. We request email identity and Gmail sending permission. The Gmail connection does not request inbox-reading or mailbox-deletion access.
Connecting a mailbox does not itself send an email. You choose the connected sender for a message; existing default document senders are not silently changed.
Your connection and your data
The mailbox owner can disconnect it in Email accounts. You can also revoke Google access through your Google Account. Read our privacy notice for how we handle connection credentials, correspondence, attachments and retained records.
