Work and evidence

Evidence without portfolio theatre.

Algoza publishes work only when the context, contribution, evidence, attribution, limitations, and permissions can be stated responsibly.

Public evidence policy

Trust needs a clear provenance.

Algoza does not publish client names, logos, testimonials, project descriptions, commercial details, or outcomes without the necessary approval. Where approval is not available, public proof comes from transparent methods, standards, technical thinking, and factual company information.

No public client case study or testimonial is currently represented on this page. Private references are never promised and would be considered only with the relevant client's permission.

Evidence model

Four types of proof, each labelled honestly.

Approved case studies

Named client, context, Algoza's role, work, evidence, outcome, attribution, and limitations, published only with explicit approval.

Anonymised engagement notes

Useful patterns may be shared without identifying details only when confidentiality, permission, and the risk of re-identification have been addressed.

Delivery artefacts

Checklists, methods, standards, diagrams, and decision models show how Algoza approaches the work without presenting them as client results.

Technical patterns

Illustrative architectures and implementation patterns are labelled as examples, with assumptions and trade-offs made visible.

Case-study standard

What every future case study must establish.

This standard keeps proof useful to buyers while protecting clients and preventing an attractive story from outrunning the available evidence.

  • Name the client only with explicit permission.
  • Separate the client's context from Algoza's contribution.
  • Explain constraints and the baseline behind any measured outcome.
  • State how evidence was obtained and what cannot be concluded.
  • Use a real, attributable quote or publish no quotation.
  • Review time-sensitive claims and remove evidence that is no longer accurate.

Testimonials strategy

No anonymous praise presented as proof.

A testimonial should identify the speaker, role, organisation, relationship to the work, approved wording, and approval date unless confidentiality requires an explicitly explained alternative. Edited quotations require approval. Composite, generated, unattributed, or placeholder quotes are not published.

Evaluate fit against your own requirement.

Share the operating problem, environment, constraints, decision, and due-diligence needs. Algoza will identify the most useful evidence and next step.
